This trip includes many magnificent views of Everest
Region. The trail leads to the Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar
first then decent down to the Lobuche. The way takes us to the
Dzongla. You can make a challenging trip across the Cho La pass to
the Gokyo Lake. The pass is not difficult, but it is steep and
involves the glacier crossing even ice axe and crampons are needed
for arranging the small icefall of the pass. The pass guides us to
the Gokyo Valley. The views in the Gokyo are tremendously beautiful.
For the best view we climb Gokyo Ri, the small peak above the lake
which provides the Panoramic view of Cho-Oyu, Everest, Lhotse,
Gyanchung Kang, Makalu, Cholatse and Tawachee and several lakes in
Gokyo Valley.
